Beef (skirt steak)

Step 1

Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a pan over high heat. Add the steak.

Cook for 2 min on each side, or until cooked to your like.

Remove from heat. Season with salt & pepper.

Transfer the steak to a cutting board. Let it rest for 5 min.


Step 5

Wash & thinly slice the cucumber.


Step 6

In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, salt, pepper & a healthy drizzle of oil.

Thinly slice the steak.

Lettuce (heart of Romaine)

Step 8

Add the torn or chopped romaine, cucumber, steak, feta & dressing to a serving bowl. Toss it all together. Enjoy!
