Step 1

Wash, trim & quarter the strawberries.

Onion (red)

Step 2

Peel & finely slice the red onion.

Almonds (sliced)

Step 3

Roughly chop the almonds, if needed.


Step 4

Peel the avocado & remove the pit. Cube the avocado.

Spinach (fresh)

Step 5

Add the baby spinach, strawberries, avocado, red onion, crumbled feta & almonds to a salad bowl. Drizzle with olive oil. Season with salt & pepper. Add a squeeze of lime. Enjoy!
