Cook the quinoa according to the package instructions. Set it aside to cool.

Strawberries

Wash & trim the strawberries. Then cut them into quarters.

Balsamic vinegar

Step 3

To make the vinaigrette, whisk together the vinegar, salt, pepper & a healthy drizzle of olive oil.
