Step 1
Wash & roughly chop the lettuce.

Step 2
Wash & halve the cherry tomatoes.

Step 3
Halve the avocado & remove the pit. Peel away the skin & thinly slice.




Step 4
In a serving bowl, add the lettuce, drained & rinsed beans, fire-roasted corn, tomatoes, cotija cheese & avocado-lime dressing. Toss it all together.

Step 5
Top the salad with tortilla strips & sliced avocado. Serve & enjoy!
