Step 1
Wash & thinly slice the pear. Shell the pistachios (if needed). Roughly chop them.


Step 2
In a small bowl, whisk together the mustard, vinegar, a drizzle of olive oil, salt & pepper.




Step 3
Add the arugula, pear slices, crumbled blue cheese & chopped pistachios to a serving bowl. Drizzle with the dressing. Toss together & enjoy!
