Step 1
Peel & mince the onion.
Step 2
Cut the beef into thin strips.
Step 3
In a bowl, combine the sliced steak, half of the spice mix & a drizzle of oil. Stir & set aside to marinate.
Step 4
Heat a drizzle of oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the onions. Sauté for 1-2 min.
Step 5
Add the tomatoes, the rest of the spice mix & the bouillon cube. Mix well.
Step 6
Add the marinated steak. Cook for 3 min over medium heat.
Step 7
Add the drained kidney beans. Cook for 3 min.
Step 8
Garnish with fresh cilantro (optional). Serve over warmed tortillas. Enjoy!
