So good, so saucy ground beef quesadillas made in a flash. You won't want to share!
Make sure you have...
Stovetop, Frying pan, Knife
Step 1
Heat a drizzle of oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef. Cook for 3-5 min, breaking the meat apart with a spatula as it cooks.
Step 2
Add the salsa to the beef. Mix to combine. (Like it spicy? Add some chili pepper, cayenne or hot sauce!)
Step 3
Remove the pan from the heat. Spread the beef-salsa mixture over half of each tortilla. Top with sour cream & shredded cheese. Add fresh cilantro (optional).
Step 4
Fold the tortillas in half.
Step 5
Add them to the same dry pan over medium heat. Cook for 2-3 min on each side, or until crispy & golden brown.
Step 6
Slice the quesadillas into wedges. Enjoy!
