Potato

Step 1

Peel & cube the potato.

Step 2

Cook the potato in a pot of salted boiling water for 15 min.

Step 3

When the potatoes are fork-tender, drain & set aside.

Lentils (canned)

Step 4

Drain the canned lentils.

Smoked salmon
Arugula
Sour cream

Step 5

Arrange the potatoes, lentils, smoked salmon & arugula alongside each other in serving bowls. Add a dollop of sour cream.

Chives (fresh)

Step 6

Garnish with snips of fresh chives, salt, pepper & a drizzle of oil. Enjoy!
