Step 1
Wash & thinly slice the kale. Drain & rinse the beans, then set aside.

Step 2
Heat a drizzle of oil in a frying pan on medium heat. Add the kale & season with salt & pepper. Stir & cook until the kale is wilted, about 4-5 min.

Step 3
Grate the garlic into the pan. Stir & cook for an additional 1-2 min.


Step 4
Add the veggie broth & macaroni. Bring the broth to a boil, then lower to a simmer & cover. Cook until the pasta is al dente & the broth is mostly absorbed, about 6-8 min.


Step 5
Remove the pan from the heat. Add the drained beans, grated parmesan & red pepper flakes. Stir to combine.
Step 6
Serve the pasta & garnish with additional grated parmesan, red pepper flakes & a drizzle of olive oil. Enjoy!
