Step 1

Rinse & drain the lentils

Onion (red)

Step 2

Peel & thinly slice the red onion.

Cucumber

Step 3

Wash & dice the cucumber into small cubes.

Cilantro (fresh)

Step 4

Wash & finely chop the cilantro.

Feta cheese (block)

Step 5

Add pre-cooked lentils to a plate with cucumber, crumbled feta, red onions & fresh cilantro. Add a drizzle of olive oil or dressing of your choice. Mix it all together. Serve & enjoy!
