Beef (flank steak)

Step 1

Warm a frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the steak & cook for 2 min on each side, or until done to your liking. Remove from heat.

Step 2

Thinly slice the steak.

Parmesan

Step 3

Using a knife or vegetable peeler, slice the parmesan into thin ribbons.

Pesto

Step 4

In a small bowl, combine a drizzle of olive oil & the pesto. Stir.

Arugula
Parmesan
Pine nuts
Beef (flank steak)

Step 5

Smear the pesto onto a plate. Top with arugula & the sliced steak. Garnish with parmesan shavings & pine nuts. Season with salt & pepper. Enjoy!
