Step 1

In a pot of salted boiling water, cook the pasta according to the package instructions.

Step 2

Drain the pasta, reserving a bit of the cooking water. Return the pasta to the pot.

Tuna (canned)
Lemon
Ricotta cheese
Heavy cream

Step 3

Add the drained tuna, sour cream, ricotta cheese, salt & pepper. Then add the lemon zest & juice. Add some pasta cooking water if too thick.

Parsley (fresh)

Step 4

Stir to combine. Top with torn fresh parsley leaves (optional). Serve immediately!
