A flavorful rice bowl medley of tuna, red onion & cilantro!

Stovetop, Pot (small), Knife

Step 1
Cook the rice according to the package instructions.


Step 2
Peel & finely slice the red onion. Roughly chop the cilantro.






Step 3
In a small bowl, mix together the drained tuna, red onion, cilantro & mayo. Season with salt & pepper. Add the fluffy rice to a serving bowl. Top with the tuna salad. Add a dash of Sriracha (optional). Finish with a drizzle of olive oil or sesame oil. Enjoy!
