Cook the rice according to the package instructions.
While the rice is cooking, peel & thinly slice the onion.
Slice the steak into strips.
In a bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey & cornstarch. Add the steak. Set it aside to marinate for 2-3 min.
Heat a drizzle of oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the onion & a pinch of salt. Cook, stirring for 5 min.
Add the steak & the marinade to the pan. Cook for 5 min, stirring frequently.
Serve the steak & onion gravy alongside a bed of fluffed rice. Garnish with chopped cilantro (optional). Enjoy!
