Step 1

Cook the rice according to the package instructions.

Onion (yellow)
Beef (flank steak)

Step 2

Peel & mince the onion. Cut the steak into thin strips.

Soy sauce
Lime

Ginger (ground)

Step 3

In a bowl, mix together the soy sauce, onion, ginger, lime juice & a drizzle of olive oil. Add the steak & marinate for 5-10 min.

Add the steak & marinade to a pan over medium heat. Cook for 5 min, or until the steak is cooked to your liking.
