Zucchini

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 450°F. Wash & slice the zucchini into thin rounds.

Tomato

Step 2

Wash & thinly slice the tomatoes.

Oregano (dried)
Zucchini

Step 3

Add the tomatoes & zucchini to a baking dish, layering them snuggly. Sprinkle with oregano.

Step 4

Season with salt, pepper & a drizzle of olive oil. Bake for 10 min at 450°F.

Salmon (fresh)

Step 5

Remove the dish from the oven. Lay the salmon over top of the veggies. Drizzle with olive oil. Season with salt & pepper.

Step 6

Bake for 10 min, or until the salmon is cooked to your liking. Enjoy!
