Stovetop, Frying pan
Step 1
Heat a drizzle of oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef. Cook for 3-5 min, breaking it into pieces with a spatula. Season with salt & pepper.

Add the salsa & stir to combine. Want it spicy? Pick a fiery salsa or add hot sauce!
Step 3
Remove the pan from the heat. Warm the tortillas over an open burner or in the microwave.
Step 4
Spread the beef-salsa mixture over each tortilla. Top with shredded cheese. Add a dollop of sour cream & sprinkle of cilantro (optional). Enjoy!
