Pasta (spaghetti)

Step 1

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain & set aside.

Garlic

Step 2

Peel & mince or crush the garlic.

Garlic
Red pepper flakes
Oregano (dried)
Cooked shrimp

Step 3

Heat a drizzle of oil in the same pot over medium heat. Add the garlic, oregano & red pepper flakes (optional). Cook, stirring for 2 min. Add in defrosted shrimp. Season with salt & pepper. Cook, stirring for 2-3 min, or until the shrimp is heated through.

Pasta (spaghetti)
Parsley (fresh)
Parmesan
Lemon

Step 4

Add the drained pasta to the pan. Add another drizzle of olive oil. Season with salt & pepper. Stir until the pasta is heated through. Garnish with chopped parsley (optional). Sprinkle with parmesan. Add a generous squeeze of lemon. Enjoy!
