Garlic

Step 1

Peel & mince the garlic.

Parsley (fresh)

Step 2

Rinse & finely chop the parsley.

Butter (salted)

Step 3

Melt a dab of butter & 2 tbsp of water on a pan over medium heat. Once melted, add in the remaining butter & stir until fully melted.

Garlic

Step 4

Stir in the minced garlic for 30 sec, until fragrant.

Raw shrimp

Step 5

Add the shrimp to the pan in an even layer & season with a pinch of salt. Cook undisturbed for 2 min. Flip & continue cooking until the shrimp is fully cooked, about 1 more min.

Parsley (fresh)

Step 6

Lower the heat & stir in the chopped parsley.

New England split-top bun

Step 7

Open the split-top bun & place the cut-side down on the pan. Toast for about 1 min until golden. Remove the pan from the heat.

Lemon
Potato chips

Step 8

Fill the bun with garlicky shrimp & spoon over the remaining butter. Add a squeeze of fresh lemon & serve with potato chips (optional) enjoy!
