Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain & set aside.
Peel & mince or crush the garlic.
Heat a drizzle of oil in the same pot over medium heat. Add the garlic, oregano & red pepper flakes (optional). Cook, stirring for 2 min. Add the shrimp. Season with salt & pepper. Cook, stirring for 2-3 min.
Add the drained pasta to the pan. Add another drizzle of olive oil. Season with salt & pepper. Stir until the pasta is heated through. Garnish with chopped parsley (optional). Sprinkle with parmesan. Add a generous squeeze of lemon. Enjoy!
