Step 1

Cook the rice according to package instructions.

Shrimp (cooked)
Curry powder

Step 2

While the rice is cooking, heat the oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp & curry powder. Cook for 2 minutes, stirring frequently.

Sour cream

Step 3

Add the sour cream & stir to combine. Turn off the heat.

Cilantro (fresh)

Step 4

Serve the curried shrimp over the rice, topped with chopped fresh cilantro (optional). Time to chow down!
