Step 1

Wash & thinly slice the pear. Shell the pistachios (if needed). Roughly chop them.

Whole-grain mustard
Apple cider vinegar

Step 2

In a small bowl, whisk together the mustard, vinegar, a drizzle of olive oil, salt & pepper.
