Step 1
Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add the eggs & cook for 6-7 min for a soft boil (cook for 9-10 min for a more hard boil).
Step 2
Meanwhile, cut the English muffin in half & toast. Butter the English muffin & set aside.
Step 3
After the eggs are cooked to your liking, spoon the eggs into a bowl of icy cold water to stop the cooking. Peel the eggs & set aside.
Step 4
Heat the hollandaise sauce according to package instructions.
Step 5
Top the english muffin with smoked salmon. Add the peeled eggs & top with the hollandaise sauce. Season with salt & pepper. Add fresh herbs if you have any!
