Step 1

Clean & slice the mushrooms.

Step 2

Heat a drizzle of oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the garlic & mushrooms. Cook, stirring for 3-5 min.

Remove the mushrooms from the heat.

Cilantro (fresh)
Sour cream
Cheddar (shredded)

Step 4

Spread sour cream over half of each tortilla. Top with the mushrooms, shredded cheese & cilantro (optional). Fold each tortilla in half.

Step 5

Reheat the same skillet. Cook the quesadillas for 2 min on each side, or until the cheese is melty.

Cut into wedges. Dip into extra sour cream. Yum!
