recipe

Chicken breast
Taco seasoning
Olive oil

Step 1

Pat the chicken dry. Coat with taco seasoning & a drizzle of olive oil.

Step 2

Heat a pan over medium-high heat. Add the chicken & sear, undisturbed for 5-6 min until it releases easily from the pan. Flip & sear the other side until fully cooked, about 5-6 more min. Once the chicken is cooked, transfer to a cutting board to rest.

French fries (frozen)

Step 3

In the same pan, add a small drizzle of oil & the frozen fries. Stir & cook the fries until heated through & slightly crisped. Remove from the heat.

Step 4

Slice the chicken into thin strips.

Guacamole
Pico de gallo
Mexican cheese blend
Flour tortilla (large)

Step 5

Warm the flour tortilla in the microwave or in a pan over low heat for 10-15 sec. Add the chicken in the center of the tortilla, keeping it in a narrow line. Layer on the fries, cheese, pico de gallo & guacamole. Fold the sides inwards, over the filling. Use your thumbs to fold & tightly roll up the bottom of the burrito.

Step 6

Slice the burrito in half, serve & enjoy!
