Make sure you have...
Stovetop, Frying pan, Knife


Step 1
Add the steak, paprika (optional), salt, pepper & a drizzle of olive oil to a shallow bowl or plastic food-storage bag. Massage the marinade into the meat. Let it sit for 5 min.


Step 2
Peel & finely slice the red onion. Wash & thinly slice the cucumber.


Step 3
In a small bowl, whisk together the yogurt, lemon, salt, pepper & a drizzle of olive oil. Set aside.

Step 4
Heat a bit of oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the meat & cook until it's done to your liking.

Step 5
Remove from heat. Let it rest. Then slice it.




Step 6
Briefly warm the tortillas in the same pan. Then place them on a serving plate. Top with the yogurt, cucumber slices, steak & red onion.

Step 7
Season with salt & pepper. Garnish with a drizzle of oil & a few mint leaves (optional). Enjoy!
