Potatoes (baby)

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 400°F. Wash the baby potatoes. Add the potatoes to a pot of salted boiling water. Cook for 10 min.

Green beans (fresh)

Step 2

Wash & trim the green beans. After 10 min, add the green beans to the same pot. Cook for another 3-5 min, or until potatoes are fork-tender & green beans are crisp-tender!

Salmon (fresh)

Step 3

Lay the salmon in a baking dish. Top with a dab of butter & grated or minced garlic. Season with salt & pepper. Bake for 10-15 min, or until the salmon is cooked to your liking.

Step 4

Drain the potatoes & green beans.

Step 5

Remove the salmon from the oven. Serve it with the green beans & potatoes. Enjoy!
