Broccoli (fresh)

Step 1

Wash & trim the broccoli. Chop it in to small pieces.

Egg
Milk (whole)

Step 2

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Crack the eggs into a mixing bowl. Add the milk (optional). Season with salt & pepper. Beat the eggs with a whisk or fork.

Cheddar (shredded)

Broccoli (fresh)

Step 3

Grease a cake tin or round baking dish. Arrange the chopped broccoli in the dish. Pour in the eggs. Sprinkle the cheddar over top. Add a drizzle of olive oil. Season with salt & pepper. Bake for 20-30 min, or until the eggs have set.

Step 4

Serve & enjoy!
