Falafel

Step 1

Heat the falafel according to the package instructions. Baking or pan-frying are both delicious options!

Cherry tomatoes

Step 2

Wash & halve the cherry tomatoes.

Red onion

Step 3

Peel & finely slice the onion.

Pita bread

Step 4

Warm the pita bread in the microwave, toaster or in a pan. Slice the pita rounds in half. Open up the pocket of each half.

Hummus
Falafel
Cherry tomatoes
Red onion
Feta cheese (block)
Parsley (fresh)

Step 5

Spread the hummus over the inside of each pocket. Cut the falafel in half. Stuff the pockets with red onion, crumbled feta, cherry tomatoes & falafel. Garnish with chopped parsley (optional). Season with salt & pepper. Add a final drizzle of olive oil. Enjoy!
