White rice (short grain)
Cooked shrimp

Step 1

Defrost shrimp if needed. Cook the rice according to package instructions.

Spicy mayo
Soy sauce
Sesame seeds

Step 2

In a bowl, combine spicy mayo, soy sauce & half the sesame seeds. Mix well to combine.

Step 3

Add in the shrimp & toss until evenly coated. Set aside.

Mango

Step 4

Peel & dice the mango.

Avocado

Step 5

Halve the avocado & remove the pit. Dice the avocado.

Step 6

Fluff the cooked rice with a fork. Stir in 1 tbsp rice vinegar if you have (optional)!

Carrots (shredded)
Edamame (shelled)

Step 7

Build the poke bowl! In a bowl, arrange everything over the rice & sprinkle the remaining sesame seeds on top! Enjoy!
