Biscuits (canned)

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Bake biscuit dough on a sheet tray according to package directions, about 18 min.

Pork breakfast sausage (ground)

Step 2

Add sausage to a skillet on medium-high heat. Break the sausage meat up into small pieces. Cook until the sausage is browned & fully cooked through, about 6-8 min.

Flour (all-purpose)

Step 3

Add the flour & stir for 1 min to allow the flour to cook through.

Milk (whole)
Nutmeg (ground)

Step 4

Add the milk & reduce the heat to low. Season with salt, pepper & a small pinch of nutmeg. Simmer the gravy for 4-5 min. Remove pan from the heat.

Olive oil
Egg

Step 5

In another skillet, add a drizzle of oil on medium heat. Crack the egg into the skillet & fry for 4 min, or to your liking.

Step 6

Break the biscuit in half. Serve topped with the sausage gravy & fried egg. Garnish with additional black pepper & fresh herbs if you have. Enjoy!
