Ingredients

Make sure you have...

Butter (unsalted) (1 tbsp)

Utensils

Stovetop, Frying pan, Pan lid, Knife

recipe

Bacon

Step 1

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add the bacon strips & cook until crisp, about 2 min per side. Transfer to a paper-towel lined plate.

Egg

Step 2

Crack the eggs in a small bowl. Add salt & pepper. Beat the eggs together.

Butter (unsalted)

Step 3

Heat a dab of butter on the same pan. Pour in the eggs & swirl the pan to spread the eggs evenly. Allow the eggs to set, about 30 sec. Add a slice of cheese & fold up the edges of the eggs (like a crepe or an omelette!) Lay the remaining slice of cheese on top. Cover the pan for 30 sec - 1 min, until the cheese has melted.

Bagel

Step 4

Toast the bagel to your liking (optional), lay the bacon & place the cheesy eggs on top. If you like to spice up your BEC with ketchup or hot sauce, add it here! Close the sandwich, serve & enjoy!
