Step 1
Preheat oven to 425°F. Roughly chop or crumble the bacon.
Step 2
Place the flatbread on the sheet tray. Spread the fig jam evenly over the flatbread, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.
Step 3
Top the flatbread with bacon & goat cheese. Transfer to the oven & bake for 10-12 min, until the cheese is melty & the flatbread is golden.
Step 4
Top with fresh arugula & a drizzle of olive oil. Season with salt & pepper. Slice, serve & enjoy!
