Step 1

Rinse & drain the beans. Add them to a salad bowl. Peel & remove the pit from the avocado. Then chop the avocado into chunks.

Parsley (fresh)
Paprika

Step 2

In a small bowl, combine the minced or crushed garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, chopped herbs, paprika & a drizzle of olive oil.

Add the avocado & dressing to the salad bowl. Toss it all together. Enjoy!
