Stovetop, Frying pan

Sriracha sauce
Honey
Soy sauce
Mixed vegetables (frozen)

Step 1

Thaw the mixed vegetables. In a small bowl, add the sriracha, honey & soy sauce. Mix to combine & set aside.

Olive oil

Step 2

Heat a drizzle of oil in a frying pan on medium-high heat. Add the mixed vegetables & season with salt, pepper & any spices of your choosing. Stir & cook for 3-4 min or until the veggies are fully heated through. Remove the veggies from the pan & set aside.

Meatballs (cooked)

Step 3

Add another drizzle of oil to the pan & add the meatballs. Cover & heat the meatballs undisturbed for 3-4 min.

Brown rice (long grain, cooked)

Step 4

Meanwhile, heat the brown rice in the microwave according to package directions.

Step 5

Uncover the pan with the meatballs. Flip & cook for another 3-4 min. Add the sriracha-honey sauce & stir to coat the meatballs. Cook for an additional 1 min, then remove from the heat.

Step 6

Serve the meatballs on a bed of rice with the side of mixed vegetables. Garnish with sesame seeds if you have. Enjoy!
