Pasta (pappardelle)

Step 1

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions.

Smoked salmon

Step 2

Slice the smoked salmon into pieces.

Crème fraîche

Step 3

Drain the pasta & return it to the same pot. Add a drizzle of olive oil, the crème fraîche, lemon juice & lemon zest. Season with salt & pepper. Mix it all together.

Step 4

Add the sliced salmon & grated parmesan. Toss to combine. Finish with another drizzle of olive oil. Enjoy!
