In a pot of salted boiling water, cook the pasta according to package instructions.
While the pasta is cooking, cut the smoked salmon into small pieces.
Drain the pasta & return it to the pot. Add the sour cream, lemon juice & lemon zest. Season with salt & pepper. Mix together.
Add the chopped salmon & grated parmesan. Toss to combine. Enjoy!
