Stovetop, Frying pan, Grater
Butter the inside of the bottom buns & toast them in a pan over high heat for 1 min.
Cut the avocado in half. Remove the peel & pit. Thinly slice the avocado & set aside.
Generously spread tzatziki on the buns. (You may substitute sour cream or cream cheese seasoned with dill if needed.)
Fill each bun with the avocado, smoked salmon & mixed baby greens or arugula. Add the lemon zest & juice. Season with a drizzle of olive oil, salt & pepper.
It's burger time!
