Make sure you have...
Stovetop, Frying pan, Grater, Knife
Step 1
Halve & toast a bagel.
Step 2
Halve the avocado. Remove the pit & peel. Thinly slice the avocado & set aside.
Step 3
Generously spread tzatziki on the buns. You can substitute sour cream or cream cheese seasoned with dill if needed)
Step 4
Layer the bottom bagel half with avocado, smoked salmon & mixed baby greens or arugula. Add the lemon zest & juice. Season with a drizzle of olive oil, salt & pepper. Serve & enjoy!
Take your sandwich to go by wrapping it in wax or parchment paper & slicing it down the middle.
