Pasta (linguine)

Step 1

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions.

Cooked shrimp
Paprika
Garlic

Step 2

Heat a drizzle of oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp, paprika & garlic. Cook, stirring for 2 min.

Tomatoes (canned, peeled)

Step 3

Add the tomatoes. Break them apart with a wooden spoon as they simmer.

Step 4

Season with salt, pepper & a drizzle of olive oil. Reduce the heat to low. Keep simmering until the pasta is done.

Basil (fresh)
Parmesan

Step 5

Add the drained pasta to the pan of tomato sauce. Toss it all together. Serve garnished with fresh basil leaves & parmesan (optional). Buon appetito!
