Pasta (linguine)

Step 1

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions.

Shrimp (cooked)
Paprika

Step 2

In a pan over medium-high heat, heat the olive oil. Add the shrimp & the paprika. Cook, stirring for 2 minutes.

Tomatoes (canned, peeled)

Step 3

Add the canned tomatoes. If using whole peeled tomatoes, gently crush them using the back of a wooden spoon or spatula.

Step 4

Season with salt & pepper. Simmer over low heat until the pasta is done. Turn off heat.

Pasta (linguine)
Basil (fresh)

Step 5

Drain the pasta. Add to the pan with the shrimp & toss to combine. Garnish with fresh basil leaves (optional). Buon appetito!
