Chickpeas (canned)

Step 1

Rinse & drain the canned chickpeas.

Roasted bell peppers
Arugula
Feta cheese (block)
Lemon

Step 2

Add the arugula to a salad bowl. Top with the chickpeas, jarred pepper slices, crumbled feta, salt & pepper. Squeeze the lemon juice over top. Add a drizzle of oil. Enjoy!
