Parsley (fresh)

Step 1

Wash & finely chop the parsley leaves.

Yellow onion

Step 2

Peel & slice the onion.

Kielbasa

Step 3

Slice the Kielbasa on an angle.

Step 4

Heat a drizzle of oil on a pan over medium-high heat. Add Kielbasa & sliced onions. Stir & cook for 7-8 min, until the sausage is browned & onions begin to caramelize. Remove from heat & set aside.

Pierogies (frozen)

Step 5

On the same pan, heat another drizzle of oil. Add the Pierogies & cook according to package instructions, about 5 min per side.

Red wine vinegar
Whole grain mustard

Step 6

Add back the onions & Kielbasa. Stir in red wine vinegar & whole grain mustard. Toss everything to evenly coat.

Parsley (fresh)

Step 7

Arrange everything on a serving dish garnished with freshly chopped parsley. Serve & enjoy!
