A delicious twist on classic pesto pasta. You'll be making this more than once, we promise :-)
Make sure you have...
Stovetop, Frying pan, Pot (small), Colander
Step 1
In a pot of boiling, salted water, add the pasta & cook according to package directions. Before draining, reserve a small ladle of cooking water. Drain & set aside.
Step 2
In a frying pan on medium heat, add the pesto & the reserved pasta water.
Step 3
Add the frozen peas & stir until the peas are heated through.
Step 4
Add the pasta & stir to thoroughly coat the pasta in the sauce.
Step 5
Serve the pesto pasta on a plate & top with the burrata. Add additional pesto sauce on top if desired. Season with salt & pepper. Top with fresh basil & enjoy!
