Pasta (rigatoni)

Step 1

Cook the pasta according to package instructions.

Cherry tomatoes
Garlic

Step 2

Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the cherry tomatoes to the pan. Cook, stirring for 2 min. Add grated or minced garlic. Cover & cook for 2 more min.

Pasta (rigatoni)

Step 3

Reserve a bit of the pasta cooking liquid. Drain the pasta. Add the pasta & cooking liquid to the pan with tomatoes. Season with salt & pepper. Stir & cook for 1 more min. Remove from heat.

Prosciutto
Burrata
Basil (fresh)

Step 4

Serve the pasta topped with torn pieces of prosciutto & burrata. Garnish with fresh basil leaves (optional). Season with salt & pepper. Enjoy!
