recipe

French fries (frozen)

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 425°F. Place the fries on a sheet tray lined with parchment paper or foil. Bake for the cooking time indicated on the packet, about 20-25 min.

Bacon

Step 2

Meanwhile, in a hot pan, add the bacon slices & cook for 2-3 min each side, over high heat. They should become almost crispy. Transfer each slice to a paper towel-lined plate.

Egg

Step 3

In the same pan, add a drizzle of olive oil & cook the egg to your liking, about 2-3 min. Season with salt & pepper.

Cheddar (shredded)

Step 4

Remove the fries from the oven. Add the cheddar cheese on top & place back in the oven for about 2 min at 425°F, until the cheese is melty.

Chives (fresh)

Step 5

Remove the sheet tray from the oven. Add the fried eggs & bacon pieces on top. Garnish with chopped chives. Enjoy!
