Stovetop, Frying pan, Pot (small), Colander
In a shallow dish, combine the salmon, olive oil, turmeric, lemon juice, salt & pepper. Mix together. Set aside to marinate.
Meanwhile, wash the broccoli & cut into florets.
Cook the broccoli in a pot of salted boiling water for 5 minutes, or until crisp-tender. Drain.
Heat a drizzle of oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Pat the salmon bone-dry with a paper towel. Place skin side down in the pan. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
Flip the salmon, lower the temperature & cook for another 2-3 minutes, or until cooked to your liking.
Serve the marinated salmon with broccoli, an extra squeeze of lemon juice (optional), salt & pepper. Enjoy!
