In a blender, add the basil, pine nuts, garlic, parmesan, olive oil & the juice of one lemon. Blend until smooth. Season with salt & pepper to taste. Add to your favorite pasta dish :-)
If you have leftovers, store the pesto in an air-tight container in the freezer for up to 3 months! :-)
