Bibb lettuce
Tomato

Step 1

Wash & dry the lettuce. Wash & thinly slice the tomato into rounds.

Bacon

Step 2

Heat a skillet over medium heat. Place the bacon in the pan & cook 2-3 min on each side or until done to your liking. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate, leaving the bacon grease in the pan.

Pepper Jack cheese (slices)
Beef (ground-beef patties fresh)

Step 3

Season the burger patties with salt & pepper on both sides. In the same pan over medium-high heat, add the patties. Sear for 3-4 min per side for medium-rare doneness. Reduce the heat to low & lay the pepper jack cheese over the burger. Cover the pan & allow the cheese to melt for about 1 min then remove from the heat.

Step 4

Spread spicy mayo on both halves of the burger bun. On the bottom bun, add the lettuce. Top with the cheeseburger. Next, add the bacon, a scoop of guacamole & sliced tomato. Add the top bun, serve & enjoy!
