A super satisfying chicken sandwich, if we do say so ourselves!

Make sure you have...
Stovetop, Frying pan, Knife

Step 1
Wash & slice the tomato into thin rounds.


Step 2
Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add the ground chicken. Stir & cook, breaking up the meat with the spatula for 3-4 min. Season with salt & pepper. Add a few shakes of onion powder & garlic powder if you have. Stir & cook 1 more min, then reduce the heat to low.

Step 3
Add slices of cheese on top of the meat. Cover the pan & allow the cheese to melt for 1 min. Uncover & stir. Remove from the heat.



Step 4
Spread mayo on sub roll & scoop the chicken onto the bottom half. Top with shredded lettuce & tomatoes. Close the sandwich, serve & enjoy!
