Pulled pork (cooked)
Yellow mustard

Step 1

Heat the pulled pork according to package directions. Open the sub roll and spread a layer of mustard evenly across both halves.

Ham (deli slices)
Swiss cheese (slices)
Pickle chips
Pulled pork (cooked)
Butter (unsalted)

Step 2

Layer the slices of swiss cheese, ham, pulled pork & pickle chips to the bottom side of the sub roll. Press down to flatten the sandwich, then spread a dab of butter onto the top bun.

Step 3

Preheat a grill pan or skillet on medium heat. Add the sandwich, buttered side down & press it down firmly with a small frying pan or other heavy heat-proof object. Spread a dab of butter on the other side of the bread. Cook for 3 min on one side. Flip & cook for an additional 3 min.

Step 4

Cut in half & serve alongside more pickles & potato chips if you have them. Enjoy!
