Chicken tenders for adults!
Stovetop, Frying pan
Step 1
Spread the bread crumbs onto a plate. Spread the flour onto another plate. Crack the eggs into a shallow dish.
Step 2
Season the egg with salt & pepper. Whisk to combine.
Step 3
Dredge the chicken tenderloins in the flour, then the egg, then the bread crumbs. Be sure they're coated on both sides!
Step 4
Heat a drizzle of oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add the chicken. Cook for 2 min on each side.
Step 5
In a small bowl, combine the wasabi (or cayenne!) & mayonnaise. Set the dip aside.
Step 6
Make a salad dressing by whisking the soy sauce with the olive oil. Toss the salad greens with the dressing.
Step 7
Season the chicken with salt & pepper. Then remove from the heat.
Step 8
Serve the crispy chicken fingers with the wasabi-mayo dipping sauce & salad. Enjoy!
